What to Expect from a Womb Healing Session

A womb healing session is a deeply personal and restorative journey - one that honours your body, your story, and the lineage you carry. These sessions are most powerful in person at The Red Thread, where we can fully immerse in the sacred container, but they can also be held online via Zoom if you’re unable to travel.

We will begin with a free consultation call, where I will hold your story with love, care, and complete confidentiality. This space is yours to share whatever you feel ready to - knowing that every word will be received without judgement.

The session itself is an intuitive, energy-led process that works with the physical, emotional, and spiritual layers of your womb space. Together, we will meet any held pain, ancestral memory, or soul imprints that may be asking to be seen, released, and transformed.

As the energy moves, you may feel waves of emotion, physical sensations, or a sense of deep release. Sometimes, this work can bring about physical purging - tears, shaking, or other bodily releases - as your womb clears what it no longer needs to hold. This is a natural part of the process.
